A leading UK law firm with offices located throughout the country is looking for an experienced Post-Exchange Paralegal in their London office. This role is permanent and will be performed on a hybrid working basis (3 days a week in the office after probation/training).
The role sits within our client's Real Estate & Projects team, and they work on a wide variety of property transactions with a broad range of clients from registered providers of social care and housing to private developers, acting on sites and developments both on small and large scale. The role involves working on dealing with transactions from the point of exchange to completion, and beyond to registration.
Our client is looking for someone with at least 18 months' continuous experience in a similar role, and the successful applicant will have strong analytical skills, an excellent attention to detail, the ability to manage their own caseload, and work independently with minimal supervision. Candidates must possess excellent academics, including a good law degree (2:1 minimum), and excellent IT and organisational skills. Candidates with experience of dealing with developers and/or housing associations would hold an advantage, as would having experience of completing SDLT/AP1 forms. Candidates must hold full UK working rights.
