A leading and expanding UK law firm is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Post-Completions Paralegal to join their team in East London. This role is permanent and office based (5 days a week).

The key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and reviewing post-completion documentation, including SDLT returns, Land Registry applications and client completion letters.
  • Liaising with HM Land Registry, mortgage lenders and clients.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely registration of property transactions.

The successful applicant will have:

  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • The ability to manage their own caseload and work independently with minimal supervision.

Candidates must possess excellent academics, including a good law degree (2:2 and above) and preferably the LPC/SQE (not essential), along with excellent IT and organisational skills.

Career progression is a distinct possibility in this role, but applicants must be prepared to work at least 12 months as a paralegal beforehand. Our client has a preference for candidates to have at least 6 months continuous practical experience in a similar role.

It is essential that applicants can commute to East London on a full-time basis.
