We are working with a respected UK law firm with a strong presence in central London. The firm is well-recognised in several key practice areas and has an expanding footprint nationally. Its London office, already firmly established, is now the primary focus for strategic growth. This opportunity has arisen as part of succession planning and the growth strategy. The firm is looking to bring on board a Partner-level commercial litigation specialist – ideally with broad experience covering a range of disputes. These may include commercial contract issues, shareholder and director conflicts, professional negligence claims, and allegations of fraud. While expertise in niche areas such as insolvency is welcome, the core work available spans quality general commercial and corporate disputes across multiple sectors. Applications are welcomed from established Partners. A solid client following is essential. You\’ll also need a consistent and credible career history, including recent experience with a recognised London or national law firm.
