Job Description

A highly regarded investment management firm is looking for a highly experienced paralegal to join them in their London office on a permanent basis.

Our client is looking for a good 'all-rounder' – adept at a vast array of legal and administrative tasks including taking responsibility for corporate governance (e. preparing board minutes, drafting minutes, general company secretarial work), drafting, negotiating, negotiating and viewing commercial contracts, assisting with KYC/onboarding, along with a plethora of general paralegal duties.

The successful candidate will gain exposure to a wide range of legal and business matters, with direct access to senior stakeholders, and a supportive and stimulating working environment.

Our client operates a hybrid working pattern, but will require the successful candidate to work extensively in the London office in the initial stages of employment/training.

Applicants must have excellent academics including a good law degree (2:1 and above), exemplary organisational and IT skills, with a keen eye for detail. They must also be a quick learner and ready and willing to assist the team in a calm and efficient manner.
