We are currently working with a market leading ALSP that is keen to speak with non-contentious construction lawyers who would be available for a secondment assignment with a client within the national utilities sector.
Lawyers will need to demonstrate upwards of 3 years’ PQE along with strong experience of drafting and negotiating NEC and FIDIC contracts.
Experience will likely have been gained in top tier construction teams or notable in-house legal teams. The role can be completed on a Hybrid or Remote basis, but lawyers must be based in England, Wales or Scotland.
Availability to start a new role at short notice or immediately is also crucial.
