Mid-level Associate, Real Estate - London

Job Description Our client, a leading international law firm, is looking for a mid-level real estate associate to join its London team, ranked top band by Chambers and Tier 1 by Legal 500. The practice acts for major institutional investors, developers and global occupiers on some of the largest and most complex real estate deals in the market, including billion-pound sales, large-scale joint ventures and major regeneration schemes. \n You'll get a broad transactional caseload spanning investment, development, acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures and real estate finance, with genuine client contact and the chance to act as lead lawyer where appropriate. \n What you'll need: \n \n 2-5 PQE in transactional real estate (the firm will consider candidates outside this range with the right experience) \n Admission in England & Wales, or recent transactional experience in the jurisdiction \n Strong drafting, negotiation and transaction management skills \n A collaborative, client-focused approach \n \n To find out more about this role and others we are handling, please get in touch in complete confidence with David Von Dadelszen.
