A leading law firm is looking to hire an enthusiastic and dynamic Practice Innovation Lead for a permanent, full-time position. Based in Manchester, this role is part of the legal technology and innovation team, with the primary objective of assisting lawyers in adopting new, innovative tools and solutions to improve and enhance legal service delivery.
Main Responsibilities:
- Acting as a subject matter expert on existing and emerging legal technology tools.
- Building strong relationships with lawyers across the firm.
- Aligning initiatives with the strategic goals of the firm.
- Encouraging and maintaining the adoption of new tools and solutions and providing support as needed.
- Creating and delivering engagement plans.
- Participating in meetings and providing updates on legal technology and innovation.
- Supporting and assisting with the roll-out and integration of new legal technology.
- Creating and delivering training sessions tailored to the lawyer's needs.
- Monitoring and reporting on adoption rates, usage and the effectiveness of implemented solutions.
- Sharing insights and best practices.
- Contributing to the team's overall objectives and priorities.
Main experience and skills required:
- A good understanding of legal processes and workflows.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships.
- Strong experience in the type of work carried out in a related practice area.
- Strong experience of identifying and implementing new solutions.
- A passion for innovation and experience of driving engagement and adoption.
To be successful in this role you need to possess previous experience in legal innovation and a strong understanding of what legal technology tools are available. You also need strong analytical and troubleshooting skills and a passion for improving productivity and boosting legal technology adoption.
