Our client, a leading international law firm, is seeking a Corporate Tax Solicitor to join their well-established Corporate Tax team in Manchester.
The role would suit a Lawyer with up to 4 years' PQE gained within a UK-based tax practice.
The
Team: The team advises on cross-border, complex and high-value transactions, with work spanning real estate, M&A, private equity, joint ventures and investments.
There is genuine scope to build a practice aligned to the sectors that interest you most, with the support of a highly regarded tax offering across the UK and internationally.
The
Role: Advising on the tax aspects of corporate and real estate transactions, including M&A, private equity deals, joint ventures and investments Supporting Senior Lawyers on complex, high-value and cross-border matters Developing and maintaining your own client relationships Supervising and reviewing the work of trainees Contributing to business development, marketing and profile-raising activities for the team Key Qualifications required: Up to 4 years' PQE, gained within a UK-based tax team Strong technical drafting skills The ability to translate complex legal analysis into clear, practical commercial advice A confident, client-facing approach with strong interpersonal and business skills Ambitious and entrepreneurial, with a real interest in business development The firm offers excellent training, significant investment in legal technology, hybrid working and a clear route to progression within a busy and growing tax practice.
