An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a Senior Associate level tax lawyer to join a premier international practice with a reputation for navigating the most complex and high-value mandates across the global market. This role sits within a highly regarded tax group known for advising on both contentious and non-contentious matters, spanning cross-border M&A, major corporate restructurings, energy projects, capital markets, finance, real estate, and fund structures.
The team also boasts a market-leading tax disputes capability, frequently acting on business-critical investigations and high-profile litigation. Associates are encouraged to work across the full spectrum, developing a broad base of expertise while taking on early responsibility and meaningful client contact.
The ideal candidate will bring strong technical ability, commercial awareness, and the ambition to develop within a collaborative, high-performing environment. Experience in private capital or real estate would be very helpful (but not essential); more important is the appetite to engage with complex and varied work across an internationally integrated platform.
