We are currently seeking an experienced Structured Finance/Derivatives Lawyer to support a leading financial services client on a contract basis. This role sits within the structured finance function and will focus on derivatives work, particularly loan-linked hedging and structured finance hedging, including securitisation swaps.
The Role:
- Advising on derivatives transactions linked to lending and structured finance products
- Loan-linked hedging arrangements
- Structured finance hedging, including securitisation swaps
- Working alongside internal stakeholders and external counsel on complex FS transactions
Key Requirements:
- Qualified Lawyer with 8+ PQE
- Strong background in derivatives law
- Hands-on experience with loan-linked hedging and/or structured finance hedging (e.g. securitisation swaps)
- Financial services experience is essential
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced in-house environment
- Able to attend the London office three days per week (this is a firm requirement)

- Inside IR35
