An elite international law firm is seeking a Senior Real Estate Lawyer (5+ PQE) to join its London office. The practice is consistently top-ranked in the legal directories and advises on some of the most high-value and prominent real estate transactions in the UK and internationally.
You will join a highly regarded, collaborative team acting for institutional investors, developers, corporates, and public sector clients. The work covers the full spectrum of real estate matters, including acquisitions, disposals, lettings, development projects, asset management, and major regeneration schemes across office, retail, leisure, residential, and mixed-use sectors.
The firm is particularly interested in candidates qualified in England & Wales (or another common law jurisdiction), with experience gained at a leading City or international law firm. Demonstrable expertise in managing complex real estate transactions, alongside strong drafting and negotiation skills, is essential.
