Our client, an international City firm, with a particularly highly regarded Real Estate practice, is looking to add a Senior Associate with a minimum of 5 years’ experience to the London team. The department is well-known for handling high-profile, complex transactions, in both the UK and globally.
The role will involve advising on a wide range of Commercial Property matters, including leases, acquisitions and development projects, often with an international element. You will also be working closely with the planning, construction and finance teams, in addition to supervising and mentoring trainees and paralegals.
