Our City firm client is looking to recruit at least two talented Senior Associates to join its highly regarded Employment team in London, with further growth anticipated over the coming year.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a market-leading Employment practice, with a standout reputation for both the quality of its work and its supportive, collaborative culture. The team is consistently recognised for delivering top-tier advice, while maintaining an excellent work-life balance. You will focus primarily on Employment litigation, acting on complex, high-value and often high-profile disputes for an impressive roster of global clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing a broad range of Employment tribunal and High Court litigation
  • Advising on complex and strategic employment disputes
  • Supporting clients on sensitive workplace issues, including investigations and terminations
  • Playing a key role in client relationship management and business development
  • Supervising and mentoring junior team members.
About you:
  • Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with strong Employment law experience
  • Significant experience in Employment litigation is essential
  • Strong technical ability with excellent drafting and advocacy skills
  • Commercially minded with a proactive approach to client service
  • A team player who values a positive and inclusive working environment.
