Job Description

A leading international law firm, well known for its work across the energy, infrastructure and transport sectors, is looking to strengthen its London Corporate team with a Senior Associate.

The firm operates from a global network of offices and acts on some of the most significant transactions in its core sectors, advising private equity houses, infrastructure funds and major public and private companies on complex, high-value deals.

About the team:

The Corporate group covers domestic and international M&A, corporate finance, private equity and venture capital, strategic projects and alliances, and general corporate advisory work. The team is particularly active in energy (including renewables and the energy transition), infrastructure and transport, and regularly advises on standout deals in these spaces.

About you:

  • Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales or another common law jurisdiction
  • Around 6+ years' PQE gained in the corporate department of a City, international or leading regional firm
  • Strong technical grounding in corporate transactions; sector experience is an advantage but not essential for the right candidate
  • Comfortable working autonomously and taking real ownership of matters
  • A flexible, hands-on approach to client service

What's on offer:

A genuinely broad Corporate practice with exposure to high-profile, cross-border work, a collaborative and supportive culture, clear career progression (including structured pathways to Senior Associate and Partner), and a competitive benefits and wellbeing package. Flexible working is actively supported.
