A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced and well-educated Real estate paralegal to join this phenomenally well-respected City firm. This is a permanent, full-time position based in London (on a hybrid basis).
In this role, the successful candidate will be dealing with a wide variety of commercial real estate work including property investment, corporate occupier, development work, corporate support, property disputes and construction work, and also some high value residential acquisition and structuring work.
Specifically, the role will entail performing research, drafting and amending documents, document management, preparing Land Registry and SDLT returns, among many other related paralegal/administrative duties.
Exemplary IT, organisational and communication skills are key to this role, as are superb academics (including a good law degree and successful completion of the LPC/GDL). Candidates must have at least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role, gained at a well-known law firm(s) (preferably continuous).
Career progression is possible (but not guaranteed) in due course for the right candidate, but candidates must commit to a minimum of 12 months as a paralegal.
Please send your CV in strictest confidence to Jeremy Stamps.
