As part of the market-leading Real Estate team, you will be:
- Advising leading UK asset managers on asset management, acquisitions, disposals, financing transactions and complex agreements for lease.
- Working alongside a specialist occupier team, advising prominent UK and international businesses across sectors such as finance, media, retail, professional services, film & television.
- Acting on sophisticated Central London estate matters, including headleases, property rights, rights of light, turnover leases and mixed-use historic estate portfolios.
- Working closely with clients throughout the asset lifecycle, delivering practical legal advice.
