This is an opportunity for an absolute star looking for an opportunity in which they can stand out. A leading international firm in London is looking to add a genuinely high-calibre Real Estate associate to its team. The brief is unapologetically selective: this is a search for future stars rather than steady performers.

The team advises on complex, high-value commercial real estate matters, often with a cross-border or multi-jurisdictional element. The work is varied, sophisticated and driven by major institutional clients, investors and developers. Associates are trusted early, exposed to top-tier mandates and encouraged to take real ownership of matters.

Who they are keen to speak to:

  • 2-4 PQE Real Estate lawyers currently working at a Magic Circle, leading US firm or top-tier City practice;
  • Excellent academics are essential;
  • England & Wales qualified or overseas qualified with strong London experience;
  • Technically excellent, commercially switched-on and ambitious;
  • Someone who wants to be stretched, noticed and developed at pace.

This is not a role for the merely competent. It is for lawyers who consistently outperform their peer group and want a platform that reflects that.

The firm offers a flexible, modern working environment, strong support structures and a clear long-term view on progression, with the expectation that associates here will go on to do very well indeed.

Please note that where a level of preferred experience or qualification is indicated, this is a guideline only and does not preclude applications from candidates with more or less experience.
