A leading national law firm is seeking a Property Litigation Solicitor to join its growing Property Litigation team. This opportunity has arisen following significant client wins and offers exposure to a high-quality caseload acting primarily for landlords across a range of residential disputes.
You will advise on and manage contested possession proceedings, landlord repairing obligations, and defend disrepair claims, as well as provide guidance on evolving legislation including the Renters' Rights Act 2025. The role also involves advising on broader housing law matters such as rent repayment orders, HMO licensing, tenant breaches, and rent increases. Experience or interest in long leasehold disputes, including service charge matters, First-tier Tribunal proceedings, enfranchisement, and right to manage work, would be advantageous.
Working as part of a highly regarded national team, you will collaborate with experienced partners on complex and technical matters while also contributing to client development and mentoring junior colleagues. The team advises a broad client base including institutional landlords, developers, local authorities, and commercial organisations on a wide range of real estate disputes.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor with experience in property litigation or housing law, strong technical skills, and a proactive, commercially aware approach. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career within a supportive, forward-thinking firm offering high-quality work, hybrid working, and clear progression opportunities.
