This is an opportunity to work directly with a market-leading, directory-ranked property litigation partner whose practice has taken off rapidly. With multiple High Court matters already live and more coming in, he now needs associate-level support to act as his number two.
The associate will work closely with him on high-quality, complex property litigation, with real responsibility and exposure well beyond what is typical at this level. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to learn quickly and be trusted early.
The role will suit lawyers who can demonstrate:
- NQ-4 PQE, with around 2 PQE of particular interest
- Strong academics (roughly AAB at A-level and a high 2:1)
- Solid training at a well-regarded firm
- UK qualification with property law studied in the UK
- A consistent, sensible career background
- Commitment, energy, and an appetite to get stuck in
There is flexibility around working patterns and far less focus on presenteeism than in many comparable practices. Strong candidates from outside London will be considered, provided they are England & Wales qualified.
