Job Description A successful, growing legal software consultancy in London has an opportunity for an implementation project manager (UK and APAC customers) to join on a permanent basis. The main purpose of this role is to manage implementation projects in a customer-facing environment and support continuous improvement of project methodologies.
Managing project resources, schedules and budgets.
Managing the full project lifecycle including planning, governance and closure.
Identifying risks, escalating early and maintaining customer confidence.
Leading project meetings and providing status reporting.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with UK and APAC customers.
Experience working for a law firm or a business serving legal clients.
Strong knowledge of legal document management and information governance.
Excellent relationship building skills.
Ability to juggle a busy workload and manage concurrent projects.
Relevant project management qualification or demonstrable experience.
