We've been instructed on an opportunity to join a high-performing private equity team at one of the UK's premier law firms in London.

The team advises leading private equity sponsors and portfolio companies on complex UK and cross-border transactions across the full investment lifecycle.

You will work on a broad range of matters, including leveraged buyouts, management buyouts, public-to-private transactions, growth investments, exits, restructurings and general corporate advice for portfolio companies.

Working closely with experienced Partners, you will be given early responsibility for managing transactions and building strong client relationships.

Applicants should have at least 5 years' PQE and strong private equity experience gained at a leading international or top-tier firm.

You should be comfortable leading transactions with appropriate Partner supervision, have excellent drafting and negotiation skills, and understand the commercial priorities of private equity clients.

Alongside transactional work, you will supervise junior Lawyers, contribute to business development initiatives and play an active role in the continued growth of an ambitious and collaborative team.
