An excellent opportunity has arisen for a recently qualified Solicitor to join a highly regarded specialist team in London recognised for its expertise in defending complex personal injury, travel and regulatory matters within the marine and transport sectors.

This is a chance to become part of an established and well-respected practice acting for an impressive client base that includes insurers, shipowners, cruise operators, ports, hotel groups and other businesses operating across the travel and leisure industry. The team advises on a broad spectrum of claims and investigations, offering exposure to varied, technically interesting work from the outset.

The role will involve managing your own caseload while working alongside experienced colleagues on higher-value and more complex matters. Work includes defending employer's and public liability claims, passenger and crew personal injury claims, travel-related litigation, industrial disease matters and regulatory investigations following workplace incidents. There will also be opportunities to advise on jurisdictional issues, draft agreements and contribute to wider client relationships and business development initiatives.

This opportunity would suit a Solicitor with up to two years' post-qualification experience who has gained exposure to defendant personal injury, insurance litigation or industrial disease work. Applicants should be confident managing files with appropriate supervision, possess strong organisational and communication skills, and demonstrate a pragmatic, commercial approach to problem-solving. An interest in building long-term client relationships and developing within a specialist practice will also be highly valued.

The firm offers a genuinely supportive and collaborative working environment where professional development is encouraged, and individuals are given the opportunity to progress their careers within a stable and successful team. Alongside high-quality work, employees benefit from flexible and hybrid working arrangements, an excellent package of benefits and a culture that places real emphasis on well-being, inclusion and work-life balance.

If you are looking to build your career within a market-leading specialist team handling high-quality defendant litigation and regulatory work, we would be pleased to hear from you.

Competitive Salary + Excellent Benefits.
