The firm is looking to bring on board a Partner-level commercial litigation specialist – ideally with broad experience covering a range of disputes. These may include commercial contract issues, shareholder and director conflicts, professional negligence claims, and allegations of fraud. While expertise in niche areas such as insolvency is welcome, the core work available spans quality general commercial and corporate disputes across multiple sectors.
