Further to an in-person meeting with our client, we are instructed on a new Litigation Partner opportunity. The firm has deep expertise in cross-border litigation, dispute resolution and advocacy, acting for public and private companies, entrepreneurs, financial institutions, funds and HNW individuals on high-profile, high-value disputes.
The team regularly appears before the County Court, High Court (including the Commercial Court, Technology & Construction Court and Business List) and the Court of Appeal. It also has extensive experience with Arbitration and Adjudication across multiple jurisdictions.
