A fast growing but well established tech company with solid turnover and backing by investors is looking to hire a Legal Counsel. The role will involve working closely with the General Counsel as he assists the rest of the C-Suite team in running and building the business. The work is broad and will involve drafting agreements and contracts relating to SaaS business. This includes partnership agreements, reseller agreements, IP, statements of work, data-protection and more.
Our client is looking for applicants who are UK qualified and have at least 1 year PQE gained from a respected law firm or in-house legal team. Applicants with commercial SaaS experience would be strongly preferred as would experience of IP. Although the company is based in London, day to day the role is almost entirely remote, which means that the successful applicant will need to be able to show self-reliance and a strong work ethic.
This is an excellent role. It gives the opportunity to work closely with a dynamic General Counsel who has strong coaching and leadership skills. In addition, the company is fast growing but already well established and financially secure.
Salary: £60K - £70K
