Key Responsibilities:
- Expert Advisory: Providing expert advice on complex risk and compliance matters, including professional standards, ethics, regulatory compliance, data protection, and conflict of interest.

- Data Analysis: Producing and monitoring risk and compliance data to identify strengths and weaknesses in current processes.

- Training and Development: Developing and delivering bespoke training programmes for different divisions, enhancing the firm’s overall compliance knowledge.

- Advanced knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and codes of conduct.

Desirable Qualifications:
- Qualified solicitor with a current Practising Certificate.
- Degree-level education or equivalent, preferably in law or compliance.
