This is an excellent opportunity to work on sophisticated, high-value transactions for leading private equity sponsors, investment managers and institutional investors. Strong private fund secondaries experience, including GP-led and LP-led transactions ~ Strong technical and commercial skills, with the ability to lead transactions and manage client relationships. You will work closely with Partners on complex and innovative secondaries transactions, while playing an important role in developing junior Lawyers and supporting the continued growth of the London Investment Funds practice.
