Jameson Legal is working with a highly regarded international law firm that is seeking an ambitious Intellectual Property Associate to join its growing London practice. This is a superb opportunity to work within a dynamic and expanding IP team that acts for some of the world's most innovative companies across sectors, including technology, life sciences, consumer goods, and financial services.
The practice is involved in a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious work, including IP litigation, licensing and strategy, trademark and patent enforcement, freedom-to-operate analysis, portfolio management, and global IP transactions. The team also supports colleagues across corporate, technology, and competition groups on the IP aspects of major cross-border deals.
You will work closely with market-leading partners on high-profile and often multi-jurisdictional matters. The role offers genuine variety and the chance to build deep expertise across both advisory and contentious IP work.
This position would suit a solicitor with around three to six years' PQE, ideally gained with a City or international firm. You will have solid experience in both IP disputes and transactional matters, strong drafting skills, and the confidence to handle complex issues with a commercial, solution-led approach.
The firm offers excellent work, hybrid flexibility, and a genuinely inclusive, collaborative culture. It is an environment that values development and innovation while maintaining a strong sense of teamwork and professional support.
A competitive salary and market-leading benefits are on offer, together with structured career progression and exposure to international mandates.
