This prestigious global law firm is seeking to recruit an associate/senior associate with outstanding infrastructure finance experience to join its London office. The team operates across various sectors, advising on the full capital structure, including acquisition finance, long-term refinancing solutions, whole business securitisation platforms, and HoldCo and minority financings.
The new hire will work across all debt products, from loan financings to multi-creditor platforms. In addition to senior debt, the team regularly advises on other parts of the capital structure, including MidCo financing, platform financings, complex IPP financings, and equity bridge loans.
The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years’ PQE and prior experience in infrastructure finance transactions. The candidate must demonstrate a solid understanding of all elements of financing, from the term sheet stage through to closing and post-closing.
Responsibilities will include supervising junior lawyers and ensuring a smooth process to transaction close.
