Our client, one of the Big 4, is looking to engage with an experienced Immigration Manager for a 6 month assignment, starting ASAP. Successful individuals must have strong UK corporate immigration experience in advising external clients and be available to start a new role immediately or at short notice, spending 3 days per week in their London office.
Ideally individuals will have upwards of 2 years' experience in an Immigration Manager position and have experience in workload delegation and supervision of Consultants and Analysts. Experience in the following is highly desirable:
- Knowledge of UK corporate immigration rules, laws and systems and keeping up to date with changes in immigration policies and wider global immigration trends.
- Preparing detailed strategic and compliance advice to provide clients looking to manage a range of factors in their international business/lifestyle.
- Knowledge of the different working visas (i.e. skilled worker, ILR and Global business mobility).
- Leading and establishing the case strategy on a full range of UK visa applications to enable international moves.
- Overseeing a team delivering large volumes of individual cases.
- Prior management experience is desirable.
- Delivering a great client/customer service and building client relationships.
Whilst this opportunity is for an initial 6 month contract, there is potential for further extension. This opportunity will be well suited to individuals who have advised external clients on their corporate immigration matters within a private practice or consultancy environment. The successful individual will join a team of 5 and will report into an Associate Director within the business. A competitive daily rate is on offer (inside IR35).
