A leading Litigation team with a truly international footprint is looking to hire an ambitious and experienced Litigation Associate to join its growing Cross-Border Disputes team in London. This is a rare opportunity to work on some of the most high-value, complex, and confidential matters in the global disputes space.
You will work closely with a highly regarded Partner on a wide range of matters, including:
- High-profile fraud and asset recovery litigation (including current mandates valued at £1.5bn and £m respectively)
- Cross-border disputes involving government entities and financial institutions
- Matters with a strong international dimension, particularly in the Middle East and Africa
- Work will include aspects of international arbitration, corruption, and reputational risk.
Key Requirements:
- 5+ PQE (flexible depending on experience)
- Strong experience in civil fraud litigation is essential
- Exposure to arbitration and/or insolvency litigation is advantageous, but not required
- Comfortable working on matters involving overseas clients (90% of client base is international)
- Able to manage sensitive and confidential matters with discretion
- Must be able to work on cases not involving acting against banks due to client conflicts.

- Commercial and reputational disputes
