Our highly regarded and long-established City firm client is looking to recruit a 5+ PQE solicitor (Senior Associate/ Legal Director) to join the FinTech and Structured Finance team in London. The role will involve advising start-up, scale-up and established FinTech lenders and funders. Clients include lending platforms (both corporate and consumer lending), challenger banks and credit funds. The work will be split between the product side, the funding side and private securitisations. This is a client-facing role, with the opportunity to work with leading customer-facing FinTech brands.
In addition to 5 years’ experience in Banking and Finance, the suitable candidate will have acquired a minimum of 2 years of Structured Finance experience.
