Overview
In this role you will advise on complex project finance, corporate lending, acquisition finance and structured finance for sponsors, lenders, DFIs, multilaterals and governments. You will handle cross-border, high‑profile transactions across emerging markets and contribute to energy, infrastructure and natural resources projects. You will operate within a broad finance practice, engaging directly with partners and clients to drive transactional work. Key requirements
- England & Wales qualified (or equivalent common law jurisdiction)
- 5+ PQE with strong finance transactional experience
- Experience in project finance, development finance, corporate lending, acquisition finance or structured finance
- Emerging markets experience is advantageous
