A truly global firm is seeking a talented and motivated Finance Associate to join a high-performing team operating across major financial centres. This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer with preferably at least two-four years’ post-qualification experience to step into a role offering substantial responsibility and exposure to complex, cross-border finance work.
You will work closely with a broad range of international financial institutions, insurers, debt funds, investors, and sponsors on the financing of significant real estate and operational assets, including hotels, senior living, and student accommodation. The work spans senior and mezzanine structures, preferred equity lending, and a full suite of loan and security documentation, with ample scope to lead on drafting, negotiation, and transaction management.
Success in this team requires strong technical skill, commercial awareness, and the ability to manage matters proactively and with precision. You will be client-facing, comfortable handling detailed drafting, and keen to contribute to business development within an ambitious and collaborative practice. An organised, responsive approach and the ability to perform under pressure will ensure you help maintain the team’s excellent reputation for high-quality service.
