Clients include corporates, investors, sovereign-related entities, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals involved in sophisticated cross-border matters across multiple jurisdictions.
The practice is broad and consistently high calibre, including:
- Commercial litigation and cross-border disputes.
- Civil fraud and asset tracing matters.
- Shareholder and joint venture disputes.
- Contentious trust and fiduciary matters.
- Investigations involving allegations of fraud, bribery, and corruption.
- International arbitration and related proceedings.

- Possess strong experience across commercial litigation and complex disputes.
- Be technically excellent, commercially minded, and confident dealing directly with clients.
