Its finance practice is particularly well regarded for handling sophisticated, multi-jurisdictional matters and delivering innovative solutions on landmark deals.
This is an opportunity to join a highly regarded debt finance team advising on a broad range of financing transactions, including syndicated lending, acquisition finance, refinancings and other complex domestic and international financings. Working alongside market-leading practitioners, you will enjoy early responsibility, direct client exposure and involvement in high-value transactions from day one.
The successful candidate is likely to be between 2-5 years' PQE, with strong debt finance experience gained at a leading law firm. You will have experience advising on a range of financing transactions and be looking to build your profile within a market-leading international practice, taking on significant responsibility and working closely with clients on sophisticated cross-border matters.
