Our client is a well-regarded national law firm with a strong presence in London and across the South of England. They are looking to hire a Corporate Senior Associate (5+ PQE) to join their growing London team. The firm advises a diverse client base, from high-growth startups and entrepreneurial ventures to large private companies and listed entities.
The team regularly acts on a wide range of matters, including M&A, equity fundraising (VC and PE), joint ventures, restructurings, and governance. The successful candidate will work closely with Partners on complex transactions, take a lead role on deals, and support junior team members.
Experience managing end-to-end transactions, including due diligence, drafting and negotiation of SPAs, and leading completions, is essential. You will also play an active role in business development and contribute to the team’s wider strategic goals.
