A leading US law firm is looking to recruit a talented Corporate Real Estate Associate with between 1-3 years' experience to join its highly regarded London team. This role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of corporate and real estate, advising on sophisticated, high-value transactions for major private equity, institutional and international clients.
You will work closely with Partners on a broad range of transactions, including:
- Real estate aspects of corporate M&A and restructurings
- Private equity and fund-driven real estate transactions
- Joint ventures, platforms, and investment structures
- Acquisitions and disposals involving complex asset portfolios
- Cross-border matters with a strong US and international dimension.
The ideal candidate:
- England & Wales qualified with 1-3 years' PQE
- Training and/or experience gained at a top City, US, or leading international firm
- Strong grounding in corporate transactions (a previous real estate focus is not essential)
- Commercial, detail-oriented and confident working on complex deals
- Keen to take on responsibility within a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
