This elite level London M&A practice is seeking to bring on board a 2-4 PQE Corporate M&A solicitor to join its market-leading UK M&A team. The firm is recognised as one of the world's top global M&A advisers and has one of the leading M&A practices in London. The UK M&A team advises on complex, high-profile cross-border transactions (both inbound and outbound), covering all aspects of Public and Private M&A. The work is high-profile and involves structuring and executing some of the most complex M&A deals in the market.
The successful candidate will join the UK M&A practice in London at an exciting time of growth. You will play a key role in managing and executing sophisticated transactions, working closely with senior lawyers and clients and supporting business development initiatives.
The successful candidate will have:
- Extensive experience in complex M&A transactions and cross-border deal management
- Proven ability to advise clients on all aspects of Public and Private M&A
- Demonstrated experience managing transactions from inception to completion
- Experience supervising or mentoring junior lawyers and trainees
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent academic credentials and technical skills.
