Overview
Senior corporate lawyer sought to lead complex M&A in the tech and digital infrastructure space from a top London firm. You will manage cross-border deals and run teams, shaping bespoke structures for clients in data centres, telecoms, platforms and software. The role combines high-calibre deal work with client relationship building and market profile development. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage M&A transactions, including cross-border deals and bespoke structures
- Run deal teams in London and overseas and coordinate with sector-focused partners
- Develop and maintain client relationships and build market profile
- Provide practical, commercial advice and oversee drafting of bespoke documents
Key requirements
- At least 5 years’ PQE in corporate M&A from a leading law firm
- Deal experience in digital infrastructure, telecoms or tech sectors (preferred)
- Excellent drafting skills and ability to create bespoke documents without precedent
- Sound commercial judgement and ability to give practical guidance
