A long-standing client, one of the Big 4, is looking to engage an experienced Corporate Lawyer at Senior Manager level for a 6-month assignment, starting ASAP in London. This is an exciting opportunity, reporting into the Deputy General Counsel, and will involve providing comprehensive legal support across a wide variety of corporate, finance, and general commercial matters.
The successful individual will likely have upwards of 7 years’ PQE and will lead on corporate transactional matters, including acquisitions and disposals. They will also support and advise the finance team on external financing and be involved in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a range of transactional and commercial contracts.
In-house experience is required (ideally within Professional Services or similarly large, complex organisations), along with an exceptional ability to build credibility and trust with senior leadership. A hybrid working policy is in place and a competitive daily rate is on offer (inside IR35).
