Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing Corporate team with ambitious expansion plans.

Our client law firm is small/mid-sized central London practice. You'll work on a broad mix of M&A, corporate finance, and some commercial matters, advising a diverse client base across a range of sectors. The team is looking for a commercially minded lawyer who enjoys variety and wants genuine progression opportunities.

Ideal candidates will have:

• 3-8 years' PQE
• Experience in M&A and/or corporate finance
• Current or recent experience in a sizeable, rated City/London or national practice
• Stable career history
• Ambition to play a key role in a growing practice
