Our law firm client has a clear, distinctive image and culture which sets it apart from many similar-sized firms. They have a loyal client base which permeates across the firm and have a very reasonable work/life balance. With a strong Real Estate group, they are now seeking to grow their established Construction team with the hire of an additional Associate.
This position will focus on non-contentious construction matters but any experience in contentious matters will also be valued. You will get excellent client contact, working for institutions, corporates, developers and UHNWs, and across a variety of sectors including retail and leisure. The breadth of the role will involve all manner of construction work, including related contracts and involvement in facility agreements and public procurement.
The ideal candidate for this position will be a Construction lawyer in a highly-rated City or West End firm. You are likely to have between three and five years' PQE, although we will consider strong applicants outside of this level. A competitive City salary and full benefits package are offered, and career prospects are excellent.
