The role offers exposure to a broad range of regulatory, policy and onboarding work, with clear scope for long-term progression in a supportive and collaborative environment. Regulatory & Policy: Conducting research on regulatory developments and translating findings into clear internal guidance Supporting the development and maintenance of policies, controls and procedures Assisting in responding to internal compliance queries and escalating issues where appropriate Onboarding & AML: Carrying out client due diligence (CDD) and risk assessments Supporting enhanced due diligence (EDD) processes for higher-risk matters Assisting in managing onboarding workflows and shared compliance inbox Compliance & Risk Support: Supporting firm-wide risk and compliance initiatives and projects Assisting with internal reviews, monitoring and other ad hoc compliance activities Training & Stakeholder Engagement: Supporting delivery of compliance training and awareness initiatives Building effective relationships with internal stakeholders across the firm Acting as a reliable point of contact for compliance-related matters Providing general administrative support to the compliance function Contributing to the smooth running of day-to-day compliance operations Law degree desirable or experience of working for a law firm Demonstrable interest in compliance, regulation or risk For a confidential chat about this or other roles he is handling please contact Matt Pollard in the Jameson Legal London office.
