We have just had a "heads-up" from a premium US firm client about an upcoming hire into its London competition disputes. This is a top-tier global disputes platform, known for running complex, high-stakes competition cases, including follow-on damages claims, cartel litigation and abuse of dominance matters, often with a strong regulatory and cross-border dimension. The team is Partner-led by one of the most respected competition litigators in the market and offers Associates early responsibility, close Partner exposure and involvement in genuinely market-shaping work.
The firm is keen to speak with candidates who can demonstrate:
- An outstanding academic background from a leading university.
- Training at a Magic Circle, top UK, or leading US firm in London.
- Up to five years' post-qualification experience in competition disputes or closely aligned complex litigation.
