Jameson Legal is working with a leading UK law firm that is looking to recruit a Competition Associate to join its growing team in London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a bright and ambitious competition lawyer to work alongside experienced practitioners on complex, high-profile UK and cross-border matters.
The team advises a wide range of clients, from FTSE-listed companies and global brands to fast-growing technology and consumer businesses. You will be involved in a full spectrum of competition and regulatory work, including merger control, cartel investigations, antitrust compliance, and competition litigation.
The practice is particularly active on multi-jurisdictional matters and works closely with colleagues across corporate, commercial, and disputes teams, providing excellent exposure to cross-practice collaboration and major international mandates. You will also have the opportunity to advise on National Security and Investment Act aspects of transactions.
This position would suit a competition lawyer with 2-5 years' PQE, ideally gained at a leading City, national, or international firm. You will have a solid grounding in UK and/or EU competition law, strong analytical and drafting skills, and a confident, commercial approach to client service.
