As part of the market-leading Real Estate team, you will be
Advising leading UK asset managers on asset management, acquisitions, disposals, financing transactions and complex agreements for lease.
Working alongside a specialist occupier team, advising prominent UK and international businesses across sectors such as finance, media, retail, professional services, film & television.
Advising leading UK asset managers on asset management matters, acquisitions, disposals, financing transactions and complex agreements for lease.
Acting on sophisticated Central London estate matters, including headleases, property rights, rights of light, turnover leases and mixed-use historic estate portfolios.
Working closely with clients throughout the asset lifecycle, delivering practical legal advice.
You will have the opportunity to work on some of the most significant and complex real estate matters in the market, with market-leading clients.
