Job Description
A leading UK law firm with offices located throughout the country is looking for an experienced Commercial Paralegal in their London office. This role is permanent and will be performed on a hybrid working basis (4 days a week in the office after probation/training).
The role sits within our client's Real Estate & Projects team, and involves assisting the team on a wide variety of commercial property matters including sales and purchases, leasing, asset management, title matters and due diligence.
Our client is looking for someone with 1-2 years' continuous experience in a similar role, and the successful applicant will have strong analytical skills, an excellent attention to detail, the ability to manage their own caseload, and work independently with minimal supervision.
Candidates must possess excellent academics, including a good law degree (2:2 minimum), and excellent IT and organisational skills.
Candidates with experience of completing SDLT returns and drafting/reporting on contracts and other documentation are of particular interest.
Candidates must hold full UK working rights.
