A highly regarded specialist disputes practice in London is seeking an ambitious Solicitor with 4-7 years' PQE to join its growing professional indemnity and insurance litigation team.
The practice acts for insurer clients and regulated professionals across a broad range of complex disputes, including claims involving legal professionals, financial advisers, insurance intermediaries and other regulated businesses.
The team is instructed on high-value and technically challenging matters and offers significantly greater responsibility than is typically available within larger institutional practices.
This opportunity would suit a Lawyer currently working within: Professional indemnity Insurance litigation Commercial litigation with professional negligence exposure Financial services disputes You will have the opportunity to: Run your own caseload with Partner support Develop direct insurer and client relationships Handle High Court litigation Advise on coverage and indemnity issues Work on claims involving financial services, legal services and other regulated sectors Gain meaningful advocacy and mediation exposure You are likely to have: 4-7 years' PQE Experience in professional negligence and/or insurance litigation Strong technical and drafting ability Commercial awareness and client-facing confidence Ambition to accelerate your development within a growing specialist team Construction professional indemnity experience would be advantageous, but is not essential.
