We have new instructions on a rare London-based Partner role. Our client is a highly-regarded law firm situated in a superb location in the heart of the capital, and with good rankings in a number of practice areas. The firm has offices elsewhere in the UK, but has identified its well-established London office as the principal focus of its growth.

This role has arisen due to succession planning and the subsequent distribution of client work. The firm is seeking, ideally, a generalist commercial litigation partner level Lawyer with the experience to advise on disputes such as general commercial contractual issues and corporate litigation, including matters such as directors' disputes, fraud and professional negligence. Whilst specialist experience such as insolvency is welcome, the focus of the work available is good quality general commercial and corporate disputes across a wide range of sectors.

We will consider litigation Lawyers at Partner level, or indeed experienced Senior Associates or counsels seeking a step up. A client following is welcome but is not needed; however, an enthusiasm and ability for business development is a must. You should have a stable career record, which will include current or recent experience with a rated London or national law firm.

The firm has a very friendly and stable culture in which cross-selling and information sharing is strongly encouraged, and so this role represents a genuine long-term move for the right Lawyer. The salary on offer will be a Partner level salary, with the exact amount dependent on experience and client record.

To discuss this role and your current situation confidentially, please contact Philip Jennings, Director.

Please note that where a level of preferred experience or qualification is indicated, this is a guideline only and does not preclude applications from candidates with more or less experience.
